Point is to get a few regulars out and start piling up the uruks. Tower Assasin is there because I expect a few allies fighting along the ride..which is nice for my stalker...Savagery to match their Numbers is great ofcourse. Saruman assigns minions, which can be nice. Thoughts are welcome, since I have little to no experience with an Uruk Bomb

  I think StMTN is restricted, so maybe you have to cut 3 copies  :-\

  If you want improve your uruk bomb mix it with sauron uruks!!! They are cheap (one of them can cost 0) and works with most of the uruk cards. I have played with a friends deck and i drop around 7 uruks with very little twilight.  Lurtz Battle Cry could be a good option if you had some ways to pump your guys. The bad thing of this deck is that you can do only one or two real bombs at the match, but this should be enough if you launch them in the right hour!

  Maybe add Cirith Ungol Sentry, Guard and Sentinel and cut some of your isengard uruks. Doing so you can add Rank and File and start the fun! You can keep the regulars and captains and maybe Lurtz. Lieutanant could go big too...

   Drop Saruman and the extra copies of Savagery and add some rank and file. If the freeps can´t discard it they would be a good pump for sure.

Rank and File can only pump uruks, so I strongly discourage it in a dual culture deck.

Movie Block has the same X-list as open, so Savagery is actually not banned.

   But if the   Uruks will be great part of your Uruks maybe worth it. I´m saying that because i had played a few times with this kind of deck and worked very well! If your opponent can´t get rid of it it´s the best source of pump for your   Uruks cause it´s very easy to fill it up with tokens and then you can win many skirmishes without having events at hand with save more room for a real uruk Bomb.
  
   In fact the focus of this mixed uruk shadow are the   Uruks with the   uruks that allow you to play more minions (more a bomb or a "almost swarm" than a beatdown), like Captain and Regular. Sarumans ambition works as a pump for everybody and Rank and File focus on your sauron folks...
  
   But hey, who i´m to tell you to change your deck anyway! Hehehe. I just thought that sauron uruks can really make a "little swarm" with not much twilight, since with about 10 you can play 6 or 7 of them if you have a good hand. And i can say when you play that number of damage +1 minions that can be pumped and actually win their skirmishes (some may even be fierce) your opponent probably will have problems... Of course you have to pair this kind of shadow with freeps that don´t clog your hand in any way (keeping key events at hand for example) to leave room for your bomb.

   I didn´t know that the X-list was same as Open, i always thought that it used the expanded list. If you are right then things will get shaked around here...hehehe. Living and learning i guess  :hey:

   By the way, where i can find details about Movie Block? I have always played some kind of it but never read about the rules...

  So if savagery isn´t restricted go ahead and keep it!

  Next try i promise i will try to focus on the original proposal you made it instead of giving you this crazy ideais like i often do

Movie is not Block, it is some kind of format. That mean that Savagery to Match Their Numbers is banned in that format, and I belive that Uruk Regular is banned also in that format.
But that can be FOTR+TT format legal deck.
