I went skiing for the first time this weekend at Mission Ridge in Washington. It was exhilarating and exhausting!

We had a crazy time getting there, when our Jimmy's engine turned into a ball of steel. So we managed to get a ride from a local to Leavenworth, a cool town on the US2 on the way to Wenatchee where we were supposed to be staying. Local transit and some great local people saved us this weekend!
