As an outsider, let me put as straight as possible: HOUSE rules meant just that, Rules that are in effect when you play IN YOUR HOUSE (or, in this case, on an agreed format). If you don't like them, simply don't play House formats. Duh. That being said, yes, if people are working on a House Format, htye should put the effort in ERRATA'ing cards, not banning them. Also, keep in mind that SOME cards were MADE to be "broken", you don't have to nerf everything the game has to offer. Read about the bannings on MtG. If a card becomes so dominant that nearly everyone plays it, or every deck is built either around it and/or to counter it, THEN they'll think about banning it. The Open Horn combo is an example of something worth thinking about.
Frying Pan isn't. It just nerfed an entire Shadow side, so what, big deal, tht doesn't mean everyone will have it. Give Orcs a way to fight back instead of cutting the card from the game. Topic Closed (as the creator himself is gone).
