Terror (Yes, Another Keyword) and a Poll.

Terror X. (For each wound on a character skirmishing this character, that character is strength -X.)

Obviously, it's a reversal on enduring, and I'm sure someone here's made a keyword like this before (though I don't remember it). I went ahead and made terror variable because that's the way enduring should have been in the first place.

Not that you need an example, but:

[8] •The Witch-king, Servant of Dread [Wraith]
Minion • Ringwraith
Strength 14
Vitality 4
Site Number 3
Terror 2. (For each wound on a character skirmishing this minion, that character is strength -2.)
While The Witch-king bears a hand weapon, he is fierce.
Each [Wraith] condition borne by a companion gains:
"In order for the Free Peoples player to discard this condition, he or she must exert 2 companions."

I spent the day at work considering set ideas, and I think I figured out a good one: Lands of Shadow. That's just a placeholder until I think of a better name, unless you think it's fine for what the set contains.

And what does the set contain, you ask? Well, it's pretty much the "everything else" set along with a chance for me to showcase a horde of new mechanics and keywords. Lands of Shadow will feature all of Sauron's forces that haven't been seen in the game yet, such as the Variags of Khand, the Wainriders, and an expansion on the "native Mordor" army which will be rich in its own evil subculture. Plus anything else I can find.

These subcultures will be extremely unique in that none of them will use any keywords released now. No damage bonuses. No fierce. Heck, not even archery! I'm going to spend a lot of time developing new, demented keywords to sell the fact that these armies are utterly foreign to the Free Peoples.

I'm not too sure what the Free Peoples will get from this set. I'll get back with you on that one.

It was Thranduil, and it was Bloodlust X. Thranduil also uses Terror to mean something else, I think.

Essentially it's what TmoR has, right?
"There are worlds out there where the sky is burning, and the sea's asleep, and the rivers dream; people made of smoke and cities made of song. Somewhere there's danger, somewhere there's injustice, somewhere else the tea's getting cold. Come on, Ace. We've got work to do."

No, because Eomer gets the strength bonus. My version of Terror reduces the opponent's character by the number of wounds that character has.

Yeah, I used bloodlust X to do Third Marshall's ability, and terror X made your opponent assign X exertions on their characters when you assigned.

Yours is simple and interesting, I look forward to seeing it in action.
