I think I would prefer one fewer Knight's Spear and one more Gondor Bow.

I know that I run a few Knight's Spear, but I almost think that the card is not necessary if you have the proper stock of Fortifications. You will, of course, run into problems against Saruman's Power, so it's nice to have a few strength boosters.

Also, you only run one copy of Troop Tower? I don't think you're going to be getting many sites with just one Gorgoroth Berserker and just one Troop Tower. Those are kind of the two top site-control cards. Of course, if you are just spamming Trolls then that is not a particularly big deal. But if you aren't worried about sites at all, why even run Gorgoroth Berserker?

This just troll spamming. Sites are not really needed at all.

I have been thinking about raising the number of Forts. Sixth level keeps getting ditched and ruining things. An extra Gondor bow would be nice.

Just for the sake of one more engine out, I'd drop one tower walkway for one their marching companies.

This just troll spamming.

Yeah, it seems like that's what I'm doing, too.

By the way...no Catapult?

I've been meaning to ask... does catapult actually hit that often? Or is it just for cycling purposes? I mean, can you reliably count on it at any time?

Catapult is actually one of my favourite cards in the deck.  It's your only chance at condition or possession removal, and it crushes minions enough to make it very useful.  You can't count on it, but every once in a while it utterly changes the game.  Really you just have to look at the twilight cost of shadow cards on the table and estimate probabilities..

I'm also amazed you only have one Strong and Old.  I love that card.

I find Catapult not good enough. You pay cards for a possible hit, while there are better cards to fill the slot.

I love Catapult, particularly against Ninja Gollum. The card you draw goes back on the deck. So if you happen to draw a [1], you can dump your hand and wreck the Web - They Stole It strategy. It's particularly nice when you can use it a few times to wreck a support area or minions played.

Forgot to add it. Haha. Usually run two copies. I think the times that you can ditch a Castamir or cripple a support area make it worth while.

How about this:

-1 Sapling of The White Tree
-2 Knight's Spear

+1 Fourth Level (I chose this over an extra bow because there is also COTS and Stone Tower to finish off the exhausted bad guys, it sux having bows and negative vitality forts in play with no Fourth levels).
+2 Catapult

If this is a troll spam deck you might consider troll of udun and gate troll too... they are -4 when they see one of their own:)
But i tried it and it might clog the hand at times. So be careful

I think Gate Troll at [4] is a better value than Troll of Udun at [6]. Just my opinion.

Gate Troll is better. He's cheaper and, by design, will be stronger

Troll of Cirith Gorgor might help too. It isn't a besieger, but it can cause some major pain when brought out. Also, it is another option to spot for the cheap trolls.
