Watcher in the Water is damage +1 for each tentacle in your discard pile.

Fierce.
The Balrog is damage +1 for each card with 'Balrog' in its title in your discard pile.

[6] •Shelob, Demon of the Ancient World [Gollum]
Minion • Spider
Strength 8
Vitality 8
Site Number 8
Enduring.
Shelob is damage +1 for each card with 'Shelob' in its title in your discard pile.
Regroup: Exert Shelob twice to make the Free Peoples player exert a companion.

I think I would have a bit less ambush (though paying for yourself and more is quite entertaining) and a strength boost, because otherwise its damage bonus and fierceness becomes a bit useless - maybe +2 at a marsh? Adding [6] overall from this card also seems quite obscene.

I think he needs a twilight reduction - he's not as good as Demon of Might. Maybe -1 for each underground site.

I think a Fell Beast needs a bit more vitality, maybe at the cost of a bit of strength. Perhaps I would also make the Nazgûl you play fierce, just in case it happens not to be.

Less opportunity for exploitation, especially as she isnt fierce, but one heck of a nasty balance between enduring and the regroup wounding.

As with the others, I think the damage on the Watcher is just insane. I could MAYBE see the ambush being tied to tentacles instead and the Watcher have a standard damage +1.

The rest seem fine, though. Pretty neat ideas overall. :up:
