FOTR deck building

I have only ever played standard and expanded formats.  What if the format for Building a FOTR deck?  What sites can you use and what cards?

You can use all cards from sets 1-3 (and sites must come from those sets as well). You must have 9 sites, one for each site number (and you cannot choose next site, adventure path goes consecutively from site 1 to site 9). There is no X-list. R-list contains one card - Forces of Mordor - you may have only one copy of this in your deck.
