With not a single fortification in your deck, I see no reason to use knights. Sharpen your swords deck has way better choices for [Gondor] companions. Also, starting with two companions including one who has a penalty for skirmishing is quite risky. I'd go one of those ways:

1. Start a typical Noble Leaders fellowship: Faramir, CoG and Denethor, LoMT (probably also Boromir, BoC instead of Isildur, BoH, as when you no longer have knights you don't need him). Add 4x Gandalf (and maybe 1-2 A Wizard is Never Late) and some [Gondor] companions (one copy as Denethor can pull them) - Elendil, The Tall, Aragorn, ET, some utility/replacement companions when another one dies (Derufin, Garrison of Gondor, Sam, SoH etc).

2. Start Gandalf, LoM and some 2-cost [Gondor] guy (Vorondil or Ranger of Ithilien). Play 4x Saved From the Fire to set up the fellowship (I think best [Gondor] companions for you would be Elendil, The Tall, Aragorn, ET and Faramir, WP, again with some replacement ones to use when needed).

While I feel like knights + Isildur, BoH could be reason enough to play knights, I haven't done it myself.  If I didn't use fortifications, I imagine I'd make it pretty skirmish event heavy.  A deck along the lines of hsiale's #2 idea is one I'm always wanting to make.

In terms of Sauron wraiths, I'm not sure why, maybe because everyone else seems to dislike them, I love them.  I made two decks with them, and both do pretty well - in TT; I'm not sure how they'd fare in Movie Block.  For the first, I did twilight Nazgul (big surprise), and since there aren't possessions or skirmish events for Sauron Wraiths, I made sure to include Bill Ferny, SSF.  The second began as just for fun, but works pretty well.  I did a Towers Block Swarm with Isengard Men, Dunlending Ravager, and Gollum, OV.  Obviously, it could be improved greatly if it wasn't Towers Block.  Long story short, I think Ferny helps virtually every Sauron wraith shadow.

Finally, I say this in playful tone, but Vroengard, I think everything you wrote is wrong.  "Crummy movie block" should never be said, even in jest.   ;)

armor of the white city and isildur is wrong? Its pretty epic imo, playing it on a non knight comp makes it a cheap +2 slot and can still bear weapons. Try it with Faramir, Captain of Ithilien etc. luv it.

Oh and yeah I meant that in a playful tone, no offense haha  :)

There doesn't seem to be any focus with the shadow side. If you want to corrupt, get rid of Dead Ones. If you want to swarm...I'm not sure how effective the wraiths will be.

Peril or Spied from Above would work nicely in this deck, especially if you want to corrupt. Exert someone twice to play Wisp of Pale Sheen and then discard it to add a burden. Ensures Wisp won't die haha. Also, Morgul Skulker to get back anything you lose/discard with Fell Beast.
