I'm trying to dig up posts of mine from Big D's old BBS forums, but the Wayback Machine only archived the forums, not the threads within. Might there be a way to access that information, or is it just lost forever? I wouldn't be surprised if I was just out of luck here, since the posts in question are something like a decade old. (Weird)

hmm.  It looks like they only ever skimmed the forums...If you do a top-level search of forums.decipher.com you can get all the pages they supposedly collected, including up to about 10,000 individual topics, but of all the ones I tried, only http://web.archive.org/web/20040710172922/http://forums.decipher.com/viewtopic.php?t=999 seemed to work.  Unless Decipher themselves still have their backups somewhere, I think it may be lost to the ages, but who knows.  That's a lot of info to be crawled; there may still be a gem or two hiding within.
