I am a skeptic.....this seems like too big of a project and too hard to implement...... you should check out the cards made for the Hobbit TCG, they look EXACTLY like the real thing.... it's in the post below this one....

The main reason why I think that this project can be a success in our small LOTRTCG community is GEMP. If you put something good on GEMP, I think people will play it. Let's be honest... some people play format like Open where you can build decks with OP combos... Why would people not play their 2E?

This is a very large project, but it is already being implemented. We have 470 cards created, most have templates, and almost 40% of these cards are ready to go for gemp. We wanted to have cards that were visually different from 1E

This sounds exciting! I know I've been away for quite a while, but I am interested. :)

I echo Kralik. I just checked out the cards and they look fun. I don't know your process for creating them, but if you want any design thoughts from me, just ask! I don't have the most amount of time for LotR these days, but I'd love to be in the loop and very happy to help. Drop me a PM or email if you're interested.
