Greetings,
My playing group has been playing LOTR TCG in the Minneapolis-St. Paul area since 2001.
Here are the format rules that we use when we get together and have a "CCG League" day/night.
Official format rules for CCG LeagueWe also have a private Gemp-Lotr server that enforces the "CCG League" rules.
