Promo cards question - Collectors info

Hi,

I wonder if anybody know where I can find information about the origin, background, release (when/where?) of all of the promo cards? Thanks! ...or could help out with collectors info on the promo cards.

I have many 0P... cards, but what is the 0D, 0M, 0SPD and 0W cards? Does they exist for real, meaning printed? Also the same question for those as above then. Thanks again!

Thank you for guiding me to what I was looking for...

But also...I was after this information:

...there is a lot of cards that is only 0P#, have no text in bold telling where/when they was released...that is something I would like to know as well (history/background of their releases). I dare to ask this, as I already have started this thread And I might find it elsewhere on this forum??
