Cavern Entrance with Dunland

I am wondering if Hillman Mob, Dunlending Arsonist, War Cry of Dunland etc.. can be used at 4U355 Cavern Entrance ?


Are they considered skirmish special abilites and skirmish events?


EDIT: I've figured out that the event can be used on my own. :P But still unsure of the Dunland minions...

A skirmish special ability will be printed in bold text on the card meaning the word "skirmish" will be in bold.  If you don't see that on your card, you can play it.
