Hey, good card Shelob needs some sort of help and i like the ideas on this card.  That being said, i agree with Lemon, it definately needs to cost 0 since it is an all shadow site.

No, lem0n's still right! In general, the better a site's text is for the Shadow player, the lower its twilight cost and vice versa. If a site helps only the Shadow player, like this one, then it should almost universally cost .
