Then I need other stuff to exert him. My other deck is all about enduring nazguls.

what's the strategy for FP? turn Durin into a monster and that's it? seems like you have 1 monster and that's it.

Comments:
1. what do you need 4 copies of delving and 2 copies of ring of artifice for? you have a 30/30 deck which is already quite few...why not take out all 4 copies of delving for some pumps?
2. You don't seem to have a use for Sindri in this deck... those pumps should change that.

Shadow (30)
4x Gates Of The Dead City (3R81)
3x Hate (1R250)
4x It Wants to be Found (2U78)
3x Too Great And Terrible (3R85)
3x *Ulaire Nelya, Ringwraith in Twilight (2R84)
1x *Ulaire Nelya, Thrall of the One (10U70)
4x *Ulaire Otsea, Ringwraith In Twilight (3U86)
2x *Ulaire Toldea, Messenger of Morgul (1R236)
2x *Ulaire Toldea, Thrall of the One (10R71)
4x Morgul Skulker (1U258)

I don't really see the need for the enduring Nelya.  You don't really have anything to use the twilight in the skrimish phase, except His Terrible Servants.  Maybe add some Threshold of Shadow or Dark Whispers to work off the burdens.  Also, maybe 3 Hate for the 4 Skulkers may be a little much.  I would think of adding a Blade Tip or 2 to add some fun into there.  Do you think that 3 Too Great and Terrible is a little much?  I know Gandalf is a problem with this type of deck, but 3?  I'd maybe use 2 at the most.  Another thing I would use is Fell Beast.  Helps Nazgul be fierce and cycle some more.  Just some thoughts.
