Buying Decks

A friend of mine is coming back to the game and he'd be interested in buying the following:

 - Rare rings
 - Decks (these would have to include at least one dwarven deck with RB Gimli and Durin III)
 - As many non-repeated post Shadow sites as one would want to sell

At first I'm not interested in buying one deck, I'd rather buy a package with rings and sites already. I might be interested in buying the mentioned dwarven deck if it's a really cool one.
