Your [Gondor] deck will die a very painful death currently.

Denethor, LoMT would be the best choice, Steward of the City will get you corrupted against Southrons. Plus you have no knights to utilise his ability. Derufin and Dervorin need a strategy around them to make them viable, such as Boromir, My Brother (a dangerous card in itself). Isildur and that ring are asking for auto-loss. I suggest AtaR instead.

Decide on a path for the FP. Big Noble Leaders. Rangers. Knights. Not a mix up. Mix ups cause death and suffering.

I am no expert on [Isengard] archery so I cannot comment on them.

In addition to what TheJord said regarding the Free Peoples, where is Boromir? And how do you expect to get your key companions with just one copy each?

Add more Shards, or drop the one copy at all. I would say adding more, opens options to add more companions. That way you have an easy heal later during the game. Derufin has it's place, since he can be a lifesaver. If you're planning on just surviving, less winning, I would add some events rather than Noble Leaders and focus on healing. Boromir, LoG is a good addition since he needs to be trippled. Also you could add Last Throw, you can see whether it works out, otherwise just stack him.

Shadow, rather have Desert Lord than that other minion. If you want cheap and still an exertion, there is a cheaper dude. 8 won't win you the skirmish. Focus on wounding more I think than winning skirmishes. Lurtz's battlecry can be gone, as 1 ferocity. It should be a surprise, when the other person is off guard. Again, rather add more option to wound. CbtR and Gollum DaD build up threats and wound the ringbearer, never bad in a wounding deck.

It's been a while since I played Uruk Archery but I do remember adding one copy of Caradhras Has Not Forgiven Us. Just for the look on the face of your opponent when you discard his key companion, it worth the slot (but it is useful in that kind of deck anyway). I also agree with Desert Lord. this card fits really well in that deck and should be there (at least 2 copies).
I would cut Lurtz battle cry. You won't be winning enough skirmishes and will almost never need the dam+1 bonus. I would cut the ferocities for the same reason but if you feel you need some, keep only 2 copies. Also cut one Lurtz. That's all I am thinking of for now.

Citadel can be very useful, and it is just 1 exertion. ChnFU is indeed a fun addition.
