2 - Run the LotROTCG.exe under the LotROTCG folder.
If you only play offline, this is the absolute best way to organize your collection and make decks, as it has all the art, many card-sorting options while deck-building, and you can import your collection into the deck editor, so you're not trying to build a deck with cards you don't have.
If you're playing online with GCCG, it's probably
not the best way to organize your collection and make decks; although I remember with LackeyCCG (I think), you could print the decklist from the LotROTCG client, copy and paste it into a wordpad file, and then save that file as whatever file type decks were. I have no idea if that would work with GCCG or not.
