Card images past Movie block

So where did these images come from? Like Brand and all sorts of other cards that were not shown in the movie? Were some of these made by Decipher just for LOTRTCG and photoshopped over movie images or what?

Those cards have a little WETA (mutant cricket) in the lower right corner.

The images were made by WETA workshop, same people who did the costumes, special props, and digital effects for the films.
