Sam, SoH and Make Haste
« on: November 19, 2011, 04:50:28 PM »
Anyone know if this is a decent way to remove burdens? Seems to me it would net you minus 2 burdens a turn anyway. Here is what I am thinking of.....

Say you start Gandalf, Leader on Men, some cheap hobbit and whatever else you can for [1]. Run Saved From the Fire, burn the hobbit grab Sam, SoH, Birthday Present, and Make Haste. Now exhaust Sam to peel burdens, for Maneuver use Make Haste (even if they remove [2] Sam goes to hand for free healing). Replay him next turn remove more burdens. Use Birthday Present to grab Make Haste and repeat. Seems like a viable mini strategy to remove 2 burdens a turn anyway.

Not sure if there is a decent strategy for this idea, but seems like it would be pretty helpful against facing corruption anyway. If you have any ideas for a deck that could benefit from this let me know .

If a Balrog falls from a bridge and noone is around, does it make a sound?

pippin, wobas with 3x home and hearth works better for less cards. If open, throw a couple of shire countryside and it's getting broken ;)
