One: Each card has a listing in the main DB regarding any X-lists.
Two: How should votes be counted? By IP address? By user? What would the purpose be? I think a strategy description for each card makes
much more sense than voting. For example,
Dear Friends, though generally not used, is the core of my
Durin's Secret Society deck. But if nobody uses it and they vote it 1/5, but I vote 5/5, what's the point of that, really? It's not a terrible card, it's just specialized.
I think we can all agree that certain cards are amazingly good (
Cirdan,
Son of Hamfast,
Shotgun Enquea,
Tubby) while others are spectacularly bad (
TWOAL...) That can be duly noted in the wiki if necessary. The rest are somewhere in between depending mainly on strategy.
