First he told me that I will get the cards, but at the end I get back money, no cards :(

Same here...he just sent cash back in the mail (really dumb idea)...I considered being a jerk and escalating the PayPal dispute to a claim, since he would have no way of proving he refunded my money...but I decided against it in the end.
