Bid 0 and play dammed gate stream as soon as possible. You want to be able to get follow smeagol out so that you can control the site path. Play possessions on your companions to draw cards, you'll end up drawing almost 4 cards per turn. During the skirmish phase, discard all of your tentacles so that you can draw more cards. Tentacles have no benefit while in your hand because the watcher will play them from the draw deck. The only minions that you should play before you can bomb are gollum and then foul tentacle to get more minions from your draw deck. The ideal bomb would be

1. All tentacles in the discard pile
2. Watcher in hand
3. Two So Polite in hand
4. Three Led Astray in hand
5. Maximum number of threats
6. At a Marsh site or Evil-Smelling Fens on the table

But, you don't need an ideal bomb to win. Basically, just make sure you will have enough twilight and minions in the discard pile to swarm. You can swarm up to 6 times if you use every watcher and evil smelling fens, but you will probably only swarm 3 times.

You might want a Foul Things just incase your Watcher keeps getting discarded, but you do have evil smelling fens to bring the watcher back
