Getting back into game. Looking to buy commons/uncommons.

   I played the LotR TCG back when I was in college (2000-2004) and recently reconnected with some of the guys I played with at the time and we discussed picking up some cards and playing again on a casual basis.  Of course being a broke college student at the time, I sold all my cards over a decade ago.  I have been able to buy a few large lots on ebay for rares and foils.  What we really need are commons and uncommons.  We played through the release of Return of the King so we decided we wanted to try Movie Block.  From the lots I have bought, we have plenty of Fellowship and Mines of Moria.  What we need are common and uncommon sets from sets 3-8 and 10.  Realm of the Elf Lords is a high priority right now because at least we could play Fellowship block while trying to obtain the other sets.

   I looked on ebay and it seems the only common and uncommon sets I can find are the last two sets and besides not playing with them, they seem to be pretty pricey.  I also looked at the sites that sell singles and none of them seem to offer common or uncommon sets, just singles.

   If you have a large collection (or know a seller who does) and are willing to let some of these commons and uncommons go, just let me know how much you would like and hopefully we can work something out.  I'll of course cover shipping.  I'm not looking to spend hundreds of dollars, but will make it worth your time.  I'll try to check the board every day, but I might need a few days to get back to you.

Booster boxes for sets 4, 5, and 6 are still relatively inexpensive if you want to expand your collection that way. 3 and 8 are very pricey, while 7 and 10 are around $50-$60.

Your best bet would be to make a card list of commons and uncommons that you want, and then proceed that way. You can use the wiki (found at the top of the page, seperated by sets) to narrow down what you really want.

Personally, there are a ton of cards from Realms and Mt Doom that I have that I have extras of and could part with, (such as Old Noakes) but you'd have to make a list of the ones you'd want so we could know, otherwise you could end up with six copies of Erestor haha.

Would you like an almost-playset of the first 13 sets? I know of one, which would be much more expensive but then you'd have almost everything.
