Hey,

how do you sort your collection? By expansion? By cycle? By culture? - In boxes or folders?

Thankful for some advises....

By expansion, then by culture, in two 3600 count boxes.  I get rid of cards I have too many extras of so that it all fits in those two boxes.  I've been considering grouping all the rares together by block and culture instead of by set, as that may make it easier to look through for deck ideas.

This is aside from pre-built decks, which are in different boxes.

What is your cut? 4 per card or more?

Generally yes it's 4, but for some higher use cards I'll keep more.  This also doesn't count cards already in decks, so that way there's extras if I don't want to cannibalize an existing deck to make a new one.

1x in binders, which is foiled if I have it.  4x more in boxes.
Binders:
-Movie block fellowship, by culture then set
-Movie block shadow, same as fellowship (not how I'd do it now, but nostalgia and inertia keep them that way)
-Promos, Reflections, and then Ages End, by card number
-WotR and Hunters, by block, then culture, then set

In boxes: by block then culture then set

If I were starting my binders over, I'd do 1 per block, then by culture, then set
