Hmm!  You know, the intent of that page had always been to compile all of the official *.pdf's, but there's no reason that we couldn't put in scanned *.pdf's if no one had the original files.  If you are willing to sit down one day and scan the pages in and stitch them together, I'd be more than happy to put it up.
