The release schedule I need is the 2004 Tournament Schedule/Dead Pile/Threat Placement.
It's the revised version w/ 4 event release dates (instead of 3 as originally printed) seen in the picture.

I apologize for the delay, but things have been very hectic at home.
My mom just passed away and my wife and I are expecting a baby in July.
Let me know when they arrive, figure from California, USA to Netherlands...however long that takes.  :-\
