Me still confused... I don't know how to resize it so it's under 100kb (whatever that is). I tried putting it on word, making it a lot smaller and then copying and pasting it, but it wouldn't work. Any suggestions?

Word isn't an image editor; you're not actually changing the picture at all, just how Word is displaying it. Use Photoshop, or some equivalent.

kb = kilobytes, referring to the amount of space the file takes up on your hard drive.

I have been. I've been trying to grow a goatee for 2 years. My facial hair hits peach fuzz and then stops growing anymore. -.-
