Culture Emoji Update

I've updated the culture smiley icons to be slightly larger and to use colored versions to aid in readability.  Most of these are an improvement, tho a couple are a bit rough around the edges and could use some additional work (Sauron in particular).

If anyone (like me) uses a dark mode extension, you should also find these symbols dramatically more readable.

I have also added symbols that were missing, notably the block symbols, stat icons, and signets: 

Use[T] or[K] for the block symbols: Home 3 ; when played at sites 5 to 9 .

The stat icons should help make dream card templates look somewhat spiffier:
