Can Radagast, Tender of Beasts bear his staff?

I was simply wondering this. Can Radagast, Tender of Beasts bear Radagast's Staff from the Weta Collection?
But first what would it even do? Give the bearer Strength + 1, Vitality + 1 and Resistance + 2? This truly got me wondering, even if Radagast is in your support area during the regroup move would you still draw the cards? I got no idea  ](*,) so could someone who does know please tell me or is this the mos Over Powered  [Gandalf] combo yet?

The same thing applies with Saruman, (the follower one) and his staff! What does it do!? Idk but i sure hope someone who does know replies!
