 [1] Dear John Letter [Elven]

Resistance • -1
Bearer must be Aragorn. When you play this, if you can spot Arwen say "Dear Aragorn, I hate your guts, and you have no sense or personal hygiene bye" to discard aragorn, and move all cards he bears on to Arwen regardless of stuff like bearer must be a man and all that crap.

[4]Dr. Phil, Broom of Doom
ally - men
Each time a companion gets heartbroken, exert Dr. Phil to play Oprah from your drawdeck. Both can annoy all shadowminions to death.

[2] • Broken Hearted [hybrid elf/gondor]
Condition • Support Area
To play, spot a couple (Sam and Frodo count as a couple for spotting purposes).
Response: When a couple is parted by the death of one of them, you may exert the other to make them whine their way to the regroup phase unscathed, where they'll be consoled by the other Fellowship members, unless they're Sméagol, Wraiths or Ents!

[2] Game of Hearts [Gandalf]
Event • Skirmish
To play exert Gandalf twice. Gandalf beats the minion he is skirmishing if his strength is lower than that minion's strength and overwhelms that minion if his strength is less than half that minion's strength.
"To the bewilderment of the Goblins of Moria, Gandalf suddenly produced a deck of cards and got a game going over Balin's Tomb.

Kill a [Gondor] companion to end the game.

[1] Going Down in Flames [Gandalf]
Event • Response
If you are about to lose the game, begin a skirmish phase involving the ring-bearer and every minion in your opponent's deck. Discard all other free peoples cards and your hand. Your opponent draws his deck.

[2] If all else fails, use the scissors! [Shire]
Event • Skirmish
If you are out of companions, with 3 minions facing your ring-bearer, and no hope for man, pull out a pair of scissors and cut your opponents deck to pieces. Then, if your opponent is bigger than you, grab your deck and run for your life.

[0] •Scissors, paper, stone [Gollum] Shadow
Condition • Support Area
At the start of the maneuver phase, if you can spot Gollum, you and your opponent both reveal the top card of your draw decks. Characters beat possessions and conditions, possessions and conditions beat events, and events beat characters. If you win wound a companion, if you lose heal a companion. If it's a draw, put the revealed cards at the bottom of their draw decks and repeat this process.
"'How about a game of scissors, paper, stone instead of more riddles?'"
