I was just wondering if there was any way we could have a second edition sealed league at anytime...i think that would be pretty awesome...i dont see many people playing it and think that this might help.

This suggestion has been made. The 2E folks need to design balanced starters, submit them to Marcin, update the site, AND create boosters. Then we can 2E sealed.

I thought Second Edition was still in the testing phase.  Once all the cards have been finalised, they will have to be assigned a rarity, and only then can you try to create 2 starter decks using only commons and uncommons.  It will certainly be a while before all this can be done.
