Frodo Reluctant Adventurer question

    Does any possession and artifact played on Frodo twilight cost -1 or just the shire ones? I guess the  [Shire] refers only to the tales right?

That is correct.  Any possession or artifact from any culture that can be played on Frodo is cost -1.  Tales have to be Shire culture.

The reason being it wasnt until Reflections and Elven Rope that a Hobbit could have a possession that wasnt [Shire] anyway!
