Maybe you could do somthing like they did for Star Wars. V sets.
The SWCCG Players' Committee could do what it did because they had permission from Decipher. We don't.

Contact decipher what the possibilities are. They granted it for SWCCG and STCCG, so why not for LotR
Actually the Players Committee for the WOTC SWTCG is not acting with any permission. One thing I can draw your attention to is that the WOTC SW TCG PC (wow, lots o' letters!) uses pictures from movies other than SW and photoshops the images. They are breaking all the so-called rules and have gotten away with it for years.
