Mithrandir I am known to the Elves, Tharkun to the dwarves; Olorin was the name in my youth in the West which is forgotten, in the South Incanus, in the North Gandalf; into the East I will not go."

I personally think it makes no sense for Saruman to bear the ring. He was out for the ring in order that he could control Middle-Earth, not so he could take the Ring to Mount Doom and destroy it. It's like having a Sauron companion Ring-bearer. I don't see why he can't just be a companion.

[4] •Gandalf [Gandalf]
The wise stalwart
Companion • Wizard

Muster.

I don't like the way this gets better as you move through regions, it should be the other way round. I think you should just remove a fixed amount (like [2]) to prevent it. Also, I don't think he needs strength 8, 7 is fine. But the ideas are cool.

[3] •Galadriel [Elven]
The wise ruler
Companion • Elf
Strength: 3
Vitality: 3
Resistance: 7
Muster.
To play, spot a wizard of 3 elves.

What really catches my eye is starting Gandalf and this Galadriel together, but the ability is a bit too costly and complicated for my liking, I think.

Companion • Elf
Strength: 8
Vitality: 4
Resistance: 7
Muster.

You need a "you may" in that sentence. I don't think you need to add [3] as well, I think it might be okay (and awesome) with adding 2 burdens.

way too good.  even with the burdens.  Now adding a burden to reveal everyones hands and not heal would be fine.
