You do realise thats incorrect; football was founded decades before the american version, especially with your country being new compared to the rest. No theyre different just like any 2 sports are different, but not completely different. They are both a hand ball based games using an oval ball that you grab and run with and peopel trying to smack into you to stop your progress and you have a t shaped bar you can kick it over.

You took rugby altered it to indlude a gazillion rules then called it the name of a sport already well established thast uses your feet!

We improved the sport by making it not look anything like the original and made it vastly more popular, formed a civilized way to play (no more getting busted back to minors, our teams all play on an even footing).

Not trying to bust your ever increasing ego and the fact you thinki you are alway correct NB, but you are once again just speaking on behalf of a certain area of the world. If you want to get technical and on a global scale football (soccer as we call it) has a much bigger fan base than our american version. Granted we have got a version some global notice but all in all the older version (soccer) has many many more followers world wide than our sport.


OH YEAH, Cool is my vote.
