Doesn't seem so worth it to me, you pay [4] and 2 threats for saving [3] (an overall loss of [1]) and the disadvantage of playing only 1 minion. It could be (0) and no removing threats and then it would be worth it, or alternatively make the cost of the minion -8 or -10 or some huge number. I'd also word the abilities slightly differently (I don't think you need the second line):

"At the start of your Shadow phase, you may discard this condition to play a minion; its twilight cost is -8. You may not play other minions this turn."

That, I think, would cover all the bases.

[12] •Uruk Armoured Champion [Isengard]
Minion
Strength: 13
Vitality:4
Damage+1. Fierce.
Skirmish: Spot X wounds on him to wound the companion he is skirmishing X times.
This doesn't quite work because you can use the skirmish ability infinitely many times to automatically kill a skirmishing companion with only 1 wound on the uruk. Instead, I'd suggest: "At the start of each skirmish involving Uruk Armoured Champion, wound a companion he is skirmishing X times where X is the number of wounds on Uruk Armoured Champion."

[5] •Forged Blade [Isengard]
Shadow • Possession
Strength: +3
Bearer is damage+1.
Manuever: Exert bearer to make him strength +2 until the regroup phrase.
I don't think Shadow players would use this weapon because it costs as much as most minions - I understand its combo with the Uruk above, but I'm still not sure it's every worth paying [5] for a Shadow weapon. Perhaps tone down the ability by making it a Skirmish action so that it only lasts for 1 skirmish phase and bring the cost down to [3].

I agree with what Thran says.

I would add i really love the idea of the first card but as Thran says it needs massively improving, but the flavour is wicked.
Ban shampoo, demand real poo.
That's like having "Some Who Ride Ponies" as a Rohan follower. ~ Dain Ironfoot.

Are you new to LOTR TCG or just DC's?

Ask yourself would you use the card before you post one and that might help see if its underpowered like that first one you posted above. As Thran says its not worth it, but it has massive potential so tweak it until you think that would be ace in a deck. But dont go too far inot the realms of your Anduril etc....!

Furnace - I'm going to have to echo the comments already made on this one, its a bit weak right now.  However, i see a good idea beneath the surface with this card.  I could see it really being good if it was altered a bit.  Have you thought of perhaps working it off a token system to portray a process of building the army?  Maybe then removing the tokens to play minions and or possessions cheaper.

Uruk Armoured Champion - Yeah, the wording doesnt work as is.  You might consider something like this "Skirmish: Discard a weapon borne by this minion to wound a companion once for each wound on this minion." This is not perfect and would depend on what you decide to do with the other cards in this set but its an idea.

Forged Blade - Seems ok but quite expensive and the title seems to imply something more along the lines of being a cheap easy weapon to play to me at least.

Theory behind:...
First, use Eomer's ability to play Eomer's Spear and heal him.

Both abilities are awesome! I think you should have some cost for the maneuver ability though, like exerting him once (or maybe twice). That way you get to fetch a possession and if you play it on Éomer it costs less, but you have the option to put it elsewhere. Awesome card!

[3] •Theoden ,...undecided... [Rohan]
Free People • Companion
Strength: 6
Vitality: 3
Signet: Theoden
While Theoden is mounted, each other [Rohan] companions is strength +1.
How about "Lord of the Rohirrim"? Pretty good "kingly" ability. I might suggest a cost reduction for spotting a [Rohan] Man like many version of Théoden.

Possesion • Hand Weapon
Strength: +2
Skirmish: If bearer is Eomer ,you may discard this possesion to wound a minion.
It should probably wound a minion only skirmishing Éomer, but the principle is sound.

Like the new Furnace, by the way! It should probably add [Isengard] tokens, though.

Needs some slight rephrasing. For example, you can only reinforce a token if there's a token there already, and this card starts with none. I would word it like this:

"Each time a [Gondor] knight wins a skirmish, you may add a [Gondor] token here.
Regroup: Remove all tokens from here to discard each minion with strength lower than the number of tokens removed."

I also think that discarding all minions is a bit much for 1 trebuchet - I'd make it something like "Battlements of Minas Tirith" or "Engines of Minas Tirith" or something grander to justify its scale.

Very interesting. I don't think he needs strength 9, 8 is more than enough. I would also make the second ability "Each time Aragorn wins a skirmish, you may heal another [Gondor] companion" therefore making it impossible to heal the wounds from himself to represent his sacrifice for the greater good. Also, why aren't these 2 guys knights?

[6] • Defense Of Minas Tirith [Gondor]
Condition •  Support Area
At the start of the Regroup phrase ,you may play a [Gondor] fortification from either your discard pile or draw deck.
Okay, [Gondor] is quite good at fetching but dangerously (like Lord of Minas Tirith) and it is certainly not that good at recursion - this card completely trumps Sixth Level. You could have a fellowship event that had something like "Exert a [Gondor] Man to play a fortification from your draw deck or discard pile" which I think would be cool, but I think this is a bit too much.

[4] •  Archers On the Wall [Gondor]
Condition •  Support Area
Fortification.
At the start of the Archery phrase ,spot X [Gondor] knights to add X to the fellowship archery total. Discard this fortification.
Currently you don't have a choice about whether you discard it or not - you have to the turn you play it. If this is intentional, it makes the card quite interesting because the Shadow players have to balance not playing a load of stuff that will just immediately die and having an archery phase so that the condition doesn't stick around. If it isn't intentional, I like it the way it is! :) I think it could come at a higher cost though like, "To play, exert 2 [Gondor] Men."

[3]  Gondor Swordsman [Gondor]
Free People • Companion
Strength: 5
Vitality: 3
Signet: Aragorn
Knight.
Gondor Swordsman is strength +1 for each [Gondor] possession played on him.
I just realised that your characters don't have races. Their type/sub-type bar should be something like "Companion • Man" or in the case of the Uruk above "Minion • Uruk-hai". The wording on this guy is confusing. Do you mean for each possession played on him this turn? Or do you mean "This companion is strength +1 for each [Gondor] possession he bears"? If either of them, he's underpowered - he could have strength 6 and cost [2] no problem.

[3] Gondor Cavalry [Gondor]
Free • Companion
Strength: 6
Vitality: 3
Signet: Aragorn
Knight.
Each minion assigned to Gondor Cavalry must exert.
Gondor Cavalry is strength +1 for each other Gondor Cavalry you can spot.
You need to specify a time for the first line to trigger, like "At the start of each skirmish involving this companion, each minion skirmishing him must exert." Other than that he is interesting, but you need to follow the wording of Orc Reaper so that it's completely clear what you mean.

[4] • Gondor Bowman [Gondor]
Free People • Companion
StrengthD: 5
Vitality: 3
Signet: Aragorn
Knight.
While Gondor Bowman bears a ranged weapon ,he gains archer.
Again crazily underpowered. For [4], you want a companion who's vitality 4 or strength 8/9. As he is, he could cost [2] and be non-unique. Other than that, as a generic companion he's fine.

And in future, please please PLEASE post fewer cards at a time! 3-5 is normally perfect.
