Needs some slight rephrasing. For example, you can only reinforce a token if there's a token there already, and this card starts with none. I would word it like this:
"Each time a
knight wins a skirmish, you may add a
token here.
Regroup: Remove all tokens from here to discard each minion with strength lower than the number of tokens removed."
I also think that discarding all minions is a bit much for 1 trebuchet - I'd make it something like "Battlements of Minas Tirith" or "Engines of Minas Tirith" or something grander to justify its scale.
• Boromir ,Captain Of Gondor

Yeah, fair enough. I'd suggest you make him his usual resistance 5.
Aragorn ,King Of The West

Each other companion is strength +1 for each wound on Aragorn.
Each time Aragorn wins a skirmish ,you may heal a companion.
Very interesting. I don't think he needs strength 9, 8 is more than enough. I would also make the second ability "Each time Aragorn wins a skirmish, you may heal another
companion" therefore making it impossible to heal the wounds from himself to represent his sacrifice for the greater good. Also, why aren't these 2 guys knights?
• Defense Of Minas Tirith

At the start of the Regroup phrase ,you may play a fortification from either your discard pile or draw deck.
Okay,
is quite good at fetching but dangerously (like
Lord of Minas Tirith) and it is certainly not that good at recursion - this card completely trumps
Sixth Level. You could have a fellowship event that had something like "Exert a
Man to play a fortification from your draw deck or discard pile" which I think would be cool, but I think this is a bit too much.
• Archers On the Wall
Condition • Support Area
Fortification.
At the start of the Archery phrase ,spot X knights to add X to the fellowship archery total. Discard this fortification.
Currently you don't have a choice about whether you discard it or not - you have to the turn you play it. If this is intentional, it makes the card quite interesting because the Shadow players have to balance not playing a load of stuff that will just immediately die and having an archery phase so that the condition doesn't stick around. If it isn't intentional, I like it the way it is!
I think it could come at a higher cost though like, "To play, exert 2
Men."
Gondor Swordsman
Free People • Companion
Strength: 5
Vitality: 3
Signet: Aragorn
Knight.
Gondor Swordsman is strength +1 for each possession played on him.
I just realised that your characters don't have races. Their type/sub-type bar should be something like "Companion • Man" or in the case of the Uruk above "Minion • Uruk-hai". The wording on this guy is confusing. Do you mean for each possession played on him this turn? Or do you mean "This companion is strength +1 for each
possession he bears"? If either of them, he's underpowered - he could have strength 6 and cost
no problem.
Gondor Cavalry
Free • Companion
Strength: 6
Vitality: 3
Signet: Aragorn
Knight.
Each minion assigned to Gondor Cavalry must exert.
Gondor Cavalry is strength +1 for each other Gondor Cavalry you can spot.
You need to specify a time for the first line to trigger, like "At the start of each skirmish involving this companion, each minion skirmishing him must exert." Other than that he is interesting, but you need to follow the wording of
Orc Reaper so that it's completely clear what you mean.
• Gondor Bowman
Free People • Companion
StrengthD: 5
Vitality: 3
Signet: Aragorn
Knight.
While Gondor Bowman bears a ranged weapon ,he gains archer.
Again crazily underpowered. For
, you want a companion who's vitality 4 or strength 8/9. As he is, he could cost
and be non-unique. Other than that, as a generic companion he's fine.
•Heroric Statue
Possesion • Support Area
Each time you play an event during the Skirmish phrase ,you may reinforce a token here.
Manuever: Remove a token on this card to make a companion strength +1 until the end of this turn.
