Indeed a great and close game between Ringbearer and me!

I was using my usual Beatdown elves w/ Nazgul-morc overwounding shadow, and Ringbearer was using a Dauntless Hunter with hobbits (Sam GEW ftw!) using shadowplay/unheeded and Roaming Sauron Orcs for Shadow.

Basically, both shadows worked quite well and both fellowhips had a hard time. At site 5, both fellowships had been seriously damaged, and after that, every single site was a possible death for both ringbearers. Ringbearer managed to kill my main fighter at site 5 with two enqueas in a row, and more companions later, while my shadow kept killing his companions at the rate of 1 per site. In the end, Ringbearer's Ringbearer (hehe) was left alone at site 8, and since I barely survived  my move to 8, Frodo had to move alone to site 9 (Dagorlad) where angry twilight witch-king with fell beast hit the table and took the One Ring.

All in all, a very close and interesting game. Bert played well, but in the end he didnt manage to get a killing shadow draw and that gave my shadow time enough to kill of his ringbearer. Looking forward for the next tournament!

Indeed a very nice match. We both had the right pounding going on, but I missed one minion at site 8 to kill, so he survived... one mor ekill companion would have corrupted Galadriel.
