Maybe he watches the auction via an european ebay site that converts the dollars to euro.

One Ring to rule them all.
One Ring to find them.
One Ring to bring them all,
And in the darkness, bind them.

Dark Approach foil -> $5-6
The entire foil set from BR has been selling pretty low.  DA is one of the better foils form that set.

This one is pretty close, though I would say that Celebring is a very valuble card, and alone is worth more than Herugrim foil. Perhaps the first guy could add some sort of sweetener.

I also think it is fairly close, but I would not add anything to the Quickbeam side as the Legolas Foil is probably the most demanded regular hunters foil outside of the RoD.

I'd say about $10. All black rider (set 12) masterworks are easy enough to find.

Hi guys,

I may have got a more difficult question here:

What is the lower and the upper boarder of value from a FOIL card of the Hunters set?
Mithrandir I am known to the Elves, Tharkun to the dwarves; Olorin was the name in my youth in the West which is forgotten, in the South Incanus, in the North Gandalf; into the East I will not go."

Hunterd foils can go anywhere from $3-4 for lower (ie. One Last Surprise and Well Crafted Armor) to ??? I have not seen a ROD foil for sale anywhere.  Aragorn and Gandalf have gone for somewhere in the area of $15.

The cheapest foil I won on Ebay was a Well Crafted Armor RF for no more than $2.  However Silver is right that Aragorn, Gandalf, and especially Legolas all sell for decent amounts.  Then the upper realm is the RoD, which can go for upwards of $45.

2R113 Red Book of Westmarch
10R18Treebeard, Keeper of the Watchwood

is worth more than
11RF1 The One Ring, The Ring of Rings (F)

Shadows is by far the easiest set to find, cards from it are not worth much.

I submit for your approval then, these images from a currently running store:

So....$1.44 (or $1.20 if you don't care about the Redbook being in EX condition) > $4.67 huh?  Where do you do your research ML? I don't really know how you can say that Shadows is "by far the easiest set to find", I purchased a BOX of Mines of Moria starters for $2 at GenCon a couple years back. God, 8 cents for a Redbook. You could get 5 and the stamp would still cost more.   ](*,)

lol, don't even tell me you're AVERAGING the price over the total number of cards to come up with that number - omg

alrighty then, two can play at that game:

There, 41 cents total for Treebeard and Redbook.
