Just because someone has them for that price at Buy It Now on eBay doesn't mean anyone has actually bought the card from them at that price.  There are several sellers who have a bunch of LOTR foils up at ridiculous prices on eBay, but they are always there indicating that they rarely sell them.  They are holding out for someone willing to pay their ridiculous price to get a specific card to finish a deck or set, but the cards will never go at auction for the prices they want in Buy It Now.

You will always be better off selling the sets individually, presuming you have in mind to sell it. Core sets usually bring $60-80, non-WTG-saturated expansions $20-30 IIRC, those WTG flooded the market with bring $10-20. You can estimate roughly $80-100 for a complete block, but I wouldn't think this estimate on the low side...

I have 3 cards that I would like to know the value of:

Gandalf, Bearer of Obligation 13O4
Gandalf, The White Rider 12O1
The One Ring, SAWTC (Foil)

13O4: Around $10-$15
12O1: $15ish
7R2: My guess is $30-$40?
I haven't checked in a while though. Take those with a grain of salt.

I'm contemplating selling my non-foil sets, and I'm wondering what the current going rate is.  I have complete sets of everything from FOTR through Bloodlines (I sold the Hunters stuff a while ago).  Any ideas on what sets are going for lately?
