They are great cards for decks and it is always nice to play with movie block foils. They look much nicer than the foils from set 11 on onwards, but their collector's value is not high. If you have a player who is into foils, you are lucky, because you can ask $5-10 each. If you don't, you would most likely sell them for $1 or less, if as part of a foil lot...

I personally love movie block foils, but then again I was crazy enough to collect the foil sets from movie block, so I may not be the best guy to talk to about the economy of LotR TCG collecting :)

Yeah, 0D4 is the most common of those promos. Try to get one in a trade or buy it for no more than what TheJord suggested. Save your bucks for the harder-to-get cards.

Can you guys tell me how much does a foil Shelob, HL and a tengwar Anduril, FotW worth? That Anduril was not part of any anthology, right?

The tengwar Anduril, FoTW would have been part of the Return of The King Anthology. It wouldn't be worth much.

$5 - $10 for the foil Her Ladyship.

I'm pretty sure it was not part of the RotK anthology, but I don't know where did I get it from. Also it is out of stock at ccgsingles. com, and listed for almost double the price of the English version (but at least now I have some knowledge of its worth :) ).

I think the Tengwar Anduril was only available through Decipher.com
One of the things you could buy wi
th your "Decipher Dollars" that they started giving out for tournament wins.

I could be wrong though.

geekgee had one listed on eBay for $99 but his prices are even crazier than mine =)

Holy cow!

Is it the only tengwar card that wasn't part of an anthology?

The Tengwar Anduril is normally worth $20-40. They are pretty rare, though, and there aren't many people around who are into Tengwar and know the background of this card. That's why gauging the price is like a scrapshoot.

geekgee are totally overpricing their cards. But since their are virtually the only ones offering them, people start to believe that the cards are actually worth that price. Smart psychological tactics, but very tiresome for people (like me) who actually try and get enough Hunters block cards (et al.) to play with...

So, are reasonable price for the Anduril (T) would be $20-40, but it could be as low as $5 and there will always be those suckers or desperados who shell out $99 for it.

You are right, now I remember it too (and the fact that I dug up my trash for the little book that was in the anthology helped a lot too :) ). Btw your prices are just fair imo

It's a shame that mine is not in perfect condition...
