What do you think a complete set of Hunters block cards would go for?  I am thinking about selling my Hunters block cards and I could probably make 3 complete sets of Hunters through Treachery and Deceit, minus RF and masterworks.

I would say the Hunters sets could go for anywhere from $350 to $450 and the ROS and T&D sets $400 to $500 or so. Just a rough estimate of the last sets I have seen sell for on the bay of e. I would also give or take $50 bucks either way.

So what would these be worth? CCGSingles has 18C3 for $3...I know it's T&D, but that just seems ridiculously high for a common.

15R9 - Well-crafted Armor
18C3 - Thorin's Harp

I would agree to 18C3 being worth $3, as for well-crafted armor, I'd say $8~$10.

yes the card text says common, but if you can tell me where you can get T&D boosters or other kind of things to purchase it makes this card a ''rare'' in its natural sense, because T&D boosters are to find at exactly 1 offer for around 750 dollars which makes any card in this set a rare.
Same goes for Rise of Saruman, even more.

The only problem here is that I can get T&D complete common sets off of ebay at $13 a pop, which brings the total card value down to ~$.33 per common.  The only instances where they go up in price are when they also include a booster, or are a full set or unopened box.  So yeah, they're harder to come by, but it certainly seems like the rares are what drive the costs up in those sets.

True, but I'm talking about T&D commons...which are available at BIN of $13 for a set

ya but those are shops who can afford that and why not you should grab one of those sets then. Most C cards from T&D are trash tho, thats why its so low compared to RoS/Hunters

lol, I would get the sets except that I'd need 4 of them or so, just so I could have multiple copies  (and then I'm spending WAY more than I ever wanted to just for 18c3 :P ).  I just have issues paying the same amount for 4 common cards from T&D that I would for a 40 card common set...there is a large discrepancy on card value if I can buy 4x 18c3 for $12 or an entire 40 card T&D set for $13.

Basically cards are worth more on their own then they are as a set. That's just the way it works. If you just wanted one copy of a common card from T&D, most people would rather pay $2.00 for that one card rather than $13 for 1 card they need and 39 that they don't need.

Earlier in this thread someone said that a set of Hunters is worth around $400, that doesn't mean that every card is worth $2.00. Some are worth $0.75 (some less) and some are worth $35+
When it comes to CCG's (at least LotR) the individual cards are worth more than the sum of their parts in a set =)

As for Ulaire Otsea from Realms, that card has continually gone up in price since I opened the store because it's a card that I have often sold out of.

I strive to keep my prices a place where I will always have a card in stock if you want it. You may have to pay a premium for it, but I will have it.

You can shop around on eBay and get cards cheaper from various sellers (and pay for shipping several times over), or you can come to my website and buy all the cards you need at once (plus shipping is free for TLHH Members through my website).

Or you can buy from some dude like forgivenegg

Scouring of the Shire for 86$ or how about Aragorn's Bow for 75$? BARGAIN!!
My personal favorite is the Elrohir for 28$ tho

Considering the fact I barely get my Aragorn's Bow, Ranger's Longbow sold  and its standing for 19,00$ starting bid. No one buys cards atm I think. Summer time

I don't know if its Summer or what, but this has certainly been true for my site, sales have been slow in June.
