Not TOTAL, but I DID get a phone call telling me that my ex-girlfriend's father passed away, heart attack I think. He left his whole family hanging, since they all depended on him. Talk about bad news... Guess my ex is going to become the head of the family now, and I kinda feel sorry for her, her plans for after graduating are pretty much over.
But, then again, it's not really my problem anymore, so... yeah...

TPBM has lost a very close relative.

Before what?  Before the cops came?  No.   ;)  Before today?  Yes, my grandfather loved all kinds of hunting, and he loved his guns.  So he taught me about both. 

TPBM has run into a large animal with a car (as I have, I have hit a few deer, and once I hit a cougar, unintentionally of course).
