Okay I can now post the winners of last round:
1)
Thranduil (#1) &
MR. Lurtzy (#13)2)
TheJord (#12) &
Sete (#7)3)
Sharkey (#3)But it was an incredibly close round - each of those places were separated by 1 point, and 1 point below Sharkey were both Sweet_Stuff (#4) and Anvar (#10).
So let's give all those contestants a

as we move into the next round.
Now Reflections was all round a good set. It made a lot of previously unplayable strategies playable (for example, the
![Dwarven [Dwarven]](https://lotrtcgdb.com/forums/Smileys/classic/dwarven.png)
culture), added a whole host of new companions to the mix, new Ring-bearer options as well as such iconic cards such as
![Wraith [Wraith]](https://lotrtcgdb.com/forums/Smileys/classic/wraith.png)
Rings. But there were a few disappointing cards there, and since it is sort of technically King block I thought I'd address one of the worst at the higher rarity:

This is also the 1 chance we'll have to do an
![Isengard [Isengard]](https://lotrtcgdb.com/forums/Smileys/classic/isengard.png)
card in this contest (I reckon
Suffered Much Loss can probably be left alone!). So yeah it doesn't seem great. I don't know of any one or any deck that plays it. But I think the idea is interesting enough to spark some much needed creativity!
Let me restate the rules for this contest. Any particular comments I have will be underlined below.
1) Have the
same title (with a (V) attached to the end)2) Have the
same twilight cost, culture.
Contrary to the rounds up until now, I see no reason to limit you to making a support area artifact, or even an artifact. For the purposes of this round, you can feel free to ignore the yellow culture and uniqueness symbol (these could be replaced with the virtual template without too much trouble) and make whatever card you think makes sense - condition, event, even follower?.
3) Have whatever
attributes or attribute modifiers you think appropriate
4) Have a
different text, maybe similar, but could also be on completely different lines.
There is a flavour route to take here - what does Saruman have in his library? What does he use it for? How can libraries help you? - but I think there is another strong mechanical route for this round because a "library" is a bit of a non-specific thing. So try thinking about what strategies from King/Movie block need supporting (or standard for that matter)? What
sub-themes never got a chance to shine? Could it let 2 cultures work together?5) Have a lore which you want, it's really up to you - you can keep the same lore or put in your own.
So you're card should look quite a lot like this:

I like to leave a week for entries to come in, and so the deadline should be midnight GMT on
Sunday 24th January. A few days before, if you've said that you want to participate and haven't given me an entry, I will be pestering you via PM, so do get them in as quickly as possible!

Entries should be submitted to me by PM (or email if you prefer).
So all that remains for me to say now is, good luck!
