That is insane.  I've never seen ANY LOTR graded by PSA.  A common?  Huh?

Why would anyone pay to have a common graded?

Beats me.. That is ridiculous though!

CCG obsession has him at about $33, which is also overpriced imo.
Maybe 0P15 was underprinted or something?

It is a terrible picture of Legolas aswell.

I believe the $120 0P15 is listed in the ebay store: Gandalf's Cart.  This store highly over prices almost all promos.  The only other seller I know that is as overpriced as Gandalf's Cart is geekgee (who is flooding ebay with auctions starting at $15+ for promos and bloodline cards and $25+ for nonfoil hunters block).
