figured it was the only ones that need unique bearer with cost 0 and no strength bonuses LOL.

Does it require an exertion to uses it abilty?

I know what it is, but like I said I will let another person get the answer their is but one card that meets these requirements now.

But since we have enough questions for me to waste another does it's text read:

Bearer must be Boromir.
Maneuver: Exert Boromir and spot an ally. Until the regroup phase, that ally is strength +3 and participates in arcehry fire and skirmishes.?
