you don't have to go first as long as one of the sites you play is either inn of the prancing pony, or East wall of rohan.  fight with legolas and use aragorn to exert with forth the three hunters then use focus to heal.  gimli can dish out wounds with his axe/text and frodo and remove threats with his knife.  if you get in a fix, you can fight with frodo and stack a few tokens on the ale to remove them later.  I've used this shadow before, and the whole point of it is to deter your opponent from double moving.  I call it the wound control uruks.  It worls alright, it isn't super powerful but some of the wound management things it can do it really fun.  there we have it, the first WDT fellowship deck!
