We'll ring it's filthy neckses!

Site
Bree Street
Rivendell's Alley
The Misty Mountains
Minor nitpicks: "wring its neck" is spelled with a "w" and there's already a site called Bree Streets.
Thank you.

I added 'Elanor' to the [Elven] culture. It's the yellow flower given by Arwen to Aragorn.
http://www.glyphweb.com/arda/e/elanor.html

I've been thinking about adding one or two Bree-Hobbits Allies, using pictures from people at the Prancing Pony at the start of the movie. Here is one. Considering they are binge drinking... I've considered this name: http://www.glyphweb.com/arda/m/mugwort.html

Lily Mugwort, Hobbit of Bree

There is also a shot with some big thuggish looking men in the Inn. I've been thinking that they could be [Isengard] minion.
http://www.glyphweb.com/arda/s/sharkeysmen.html

Saruman's Henchmen could be a decent name, or Bree Ruffians.

Only problem will be taking the pics for Gollum. You know, all we can see of him is a bag.

I would like to collaborate though in the picture taking for the cards.

Only thing I'd suggest is the phrasing of a couple titles. "Hiding in a tree" would be better suited as "Hidden Amongst Trees" or simply "Tree Climbing" and "Climbing on a Roof" could be "Roof Climbing" or (to pay homage to a popular Christmas tune, "Up on the Housetop."

Your help is welcomed. I think we should wait until we have a full list of card names before finding pictures for them. You are right, some of the Gollum pictures will be hard to take.

Thanx for the phrasing tips. I'll change the card names in my notepad but keep the one I've written over here for further comments.

Yeah.  Back in the day when there weren't any multi-character weapons, Ranger's Sword was a necessity.  But you really have no reason to pursue a unique hand-weapon of that sort.  Make it do something special! ;)
Do not take dragons lightly.  They are heavier than you think.

Also, why would anyone use Sword of Arnor rather than a Sword of Gondor or something that anyone can use?
-wtk
I made it available for Arithir only because that in FOTR block, the hand weapon system for [Gondor] was built this way with cards like Ranger's Sword and Blade of Gondor (except for Flaming Brand). Dwarven Axe was probably one of the few advantage that Dwarf had over the other cultures in FOTR Block. I agree that Sword of Arnor would probably be lame in movie block, but I'm focusing on making this set as if it was a part of FOTR block. However, I could probably find another effect that would make it more fun to have than Ranger's Sword.

For I will find him and I track a creature, you may be right. I'll wait for a few more comments before modifying it. The way I saw it is that you aren't 100% sure that the effect will work and if it doesn't (exemple: reveal a [Shire] ally instead of a minion), the event was a total waste. It's a bit different from Drawing his Eye were you are almost sure to grab a shadow card when you have 4 or 5 [Gondor] companions.

Thanx for the comments.

[1] They have returned to Moria [Moria]
Condition • Support area
Search.
To play, exert a [Moria] Orc.
While the fellowship is at site 5 or higher, each Orc is strength +1.

[5] Goblin Raiding Party [Moria]
Minion • Orc
Strength: 12
Vitality: 2
Site Number: 4
When you play this minion, add [1] for each [Moria] search card you can spot.

[2] Goblin Raider [Moria]
Minion • Orc
Strength: 6
Vitality: 1
Site Number: 4
When you play this minion, you may spot a [Moria] search card to draw a card.

The thing with They have returned to moria is that it requires the exertion of a [Moria] Orc. It's not so easy to achieve... However if you guys still think that it's too powerful, I could make it cost [2] to play. It would probably be more balanced that way.

[2] •Gollum, Spy of Sorts [Gollum] (Shadow)
Minion
Strength: 5
Vitality: 4
Site Number: 3
Stealth.
?R???
I don't think this is a rare card. How about something like "Gollum is strength +1 for each of your other stealth cards you can spot"?

[2] •Gollum, Pitiful Creature [Gollum] (Shadow)
Minion
Strength: 5
Vitality: 4
Site Number: 3
Each time the fellowship moves, you may add 2 burdens.
This guy's alright. What's his rarity?

[2] •Gollum, Wretched Creature [Gollum] (Shadow)
Minion
Strength: 5
Vitality: 4
Site Number: 3
Each time the fellowship moves, you may exert a companion twice.
I think having 2 of these guys is dull. Maybe emphasise one of the other [Gollum] themes instead?

[1] Hiding in a Tree [Gollum] (Shadow)
Event • Skirmish
Stealth.
Exert Gollum to cancel a skirmish involving him.
Yeah sure. Seems fine. Could be free.

[1] Climbing on the Rooftop [Gollum] (Shadow)
Event • Assigment
Stealth.
Exert Gollum to prevent him from being assigned to skirmishes until the regroup phase.
Yeah this is fun. Given this theme, maybe the other Gollum could be like Nasty Treacherous Creature? Or maybe just the straight reprint?

[1] Let us out! [Gollum] (Shadow)
Condition • Support Area
At the start of your shadow phase, you may remove [1] to take a [Gollum] stealth card into hand from your discard pile.
?R???
Yeah good. But I would make it unique. Really powerful for a Sméagol/Gollum deck.

[2] Snatching [Gollum] (Shadow)
Event • Skirmish
Stealth.
Exert Gollum to discard a possession borne by a character he is skirmishing.
?R???
Not something Gollum has ever done before. Interesting. I think it's fine.

[1] We promises we'll be very nice [Gollum] (FP)
Event • Skirmish
Stealth.
Heal a minion skirmishing Sméagol to cancel a skirmish involving him.
This is quite a good card. Nothing wrong with that.

[1] We wouldn't hurt a fly [Gollum] (FP)
Event • Skirmish
Stealth
Cancel a skirmish involving Sméagol and a minion with strength 8 or less.
I like these different conditions. Maybe you should have the same style of different conditions for the Shadow cards? Also wasn't the point to have stealth cards that didn't just cancel skirmishes?

[5] Bree Thugs [Isengard]
Minion • Man
Strength: 10
Vitality: 3
Site Number: 2
The roaming penalty of each [Isengard] minion you play is -2.
Seems okay. I think he fits better for me a bit cheaper, maybe [4] for a worse minion like 9/2/2.

[2] Bree Ruffian [Isengard]
Minion • Man
Strength: 6
Vitality: 2
Site Number: 2
The roaming penalty of each minion you play is -1.
Okay. Dull, but that's good sometimes. I'm not sure this should apply to all minions. How about [Isengard] and/or [Wraith] minions?

[1] Saruman's Fog [Isengard]
Condition
Spell. Stealth. Weather.
To play, exert a [Isengard] minion. Plays on a site.
While the fellowship is at this site, skip the skirmish phase.
Discard this condition at the end of the turn.
Surely you should skip the assignment phase? Therefore no skirmish phases happen. Also, with it's current wording, it would have to be "Skip each skirmish phase."

[1] If you can't find him, no one can [Gandalf]
Condition • Support Area
Search.
Each time a Free Peoples card is revealed from an opponent's hand, add [1].
Each time a Shadow card is revealed from an opponent's hand, remove [1].
The card title is a bit too long - I feel like that would be the lore text. The card is weird. I'm sure I'll see the point of it at some point? I'm also not seeing the connection between flavour and text at the moment. Wouldn't a better text be something like the equivalent of that [Gollum] card that recurs stealth cards?

[1] •Arithir's Pipe [Gondor]
Possession • Pipe
Bearer must be a [Gondor] companion.
Fellowship: Discard a pipeweed possession and spot X pipes to reveal X cards at random from an opponent's hand.
Sure, it's okay. A good card for fellowship block I suppose.

(0) I will find him [Gondor]
Event • Fellowship
Search.
Spot a [Gondor] companion to reveal a card at random from an opponent's hand.
If that card is a minion, you may add [2] to discard it.
I think I'd prefer this event to exert the [Gondor] companion to discard the minion, but the concept is fine.

[1] I track a creature [Gondor]
Event • Fellowship
Search.
Spot a ranger to reveal a card at random from an opponent's hand.
If that card is a shadow card, you may add [1] to discard it.
I'm not liking all these quotes as card titles - some of them are quite clunky. And now, while I thought the idea was good in the first place, I'm unfortunately already bored of it! I would make this do something slightly different.

[1] •Sword of Arnor [Gondor]
Possession • Hand Weapon
Strength: +2
Bearer must be Arithir. He is damage +1.
Given it's a generic title, I would make it bearer must be a [Gondor] companion, and then if bearer is Arithir damage +1. Otherwise, an essential reprint of Ranger's Sword in the same block is unexciting.

[1] Fishes [Gollum] (FP)
Possession
Bearer must be a companion.
Fellowship: Discard this possession to heal bearer (or heal Sméagol twice).
How about Juicy Fisheses as a title? Also, I would make it "or heal bearer twice if bearer is Sméagol."

[4] •Goblok, Orc Chief [Sauron]
Minion • Orc
Strength: 7
Vitality: 4
Site Number: 6
When you play a weapon on Goblok, add [4].
?R???
Not very exciting. He needs to have quite a lot more to be really rare material. How about a fetching/recursion ability for weapons? Or even a straight keyword or stat bonus?

[2] •Goblok's Warclub [Sauron]
Possession • Hand Weapon
Strength: +3
Bearer must be a [Sauron] Orc.
If bearer is Goblok, this weapon may be borne in addition to 1 other hand weapon.
?R???
Okay, not bad. Nothing special, but not bad. Doesn't have to be rare.

[1] Last Roar [Sauron]
Event • Skirmish
Discard a [Sauron] Orc to wound the companion he is skirmishing.
"it was skirmishing"? Good stuff. Maybe another title is better, like Death Lash or something (that's really bad, but hopefully you know what I'm getting at!).

(0) Bring him to me [Sauron]
Event • Assigment
Search.
Exert another [Sauron] Orc to assign Goblok to a companion (except the Ring-bearer).
?R???
A bit too specific. How about "Assign a [Sauron] Orc to a companion (except the Ring-bearer). Unless that Orc is Goblok, the Free Peoples player may discard 3 cards from hand to prevent that."

[1] They have returned to Moria [Moria]
Condition • Support area
Search.
To play, exert a [Moria] Orc.
While the fellowship is at site 5 or higher, each Orc is strength +1.
This is very good, especially non-unique. And why does it give you a bonus outside Moria? I would make it give the bonus only at underground sites if anything, meaning that unless you get it out before site 4 it's a dud card. That balances it quite well (in fellowship block - obviously still incredibly powerful in expanded...)

[5] Goblin Raiding Party [Moria]
Minion • Orc
Strength: 12
Vitality: 2
Site Number: 4
When you play this minion, add [1] for each [Moria] search card you can spot.
Good stuff! I think I'd prefer him to lose a point of strength to be more like Goblin Flankers, but otherwise great.

[2] Goblin Raider [Moria]
Minion • Orc
Strength: 6
Vitality: 1
Site Number: 4
When you play this minion, you may spot a [Moria] search card to draw a card.
Great! Not something that [Moria] normally does (apart from Goblin Scimitar) but I don't think that's a problem here.

Oh and maybe a little bit fewer cards at once! That was a fair amount to catch up on! ;)

Thanx a lot for all the comments, I will take a lot of them in consideration and I'll change some stuff.

I have a strong lack of creativity for Sword of Arnor. So everyone is welcome to post their own version here, keep in mind it has to be compatible with FOTR Block.

[1]Sword of Arnor [Gondor]
Possession • Hand Weapon
Str: +2
Bearer must be a [Gondor] Man.
Skirmish: If bearer is Arithir, discard a Free Peoples search card from your hand to exert a minion he is skirmishing.

Or something with search cards given that he is the one who brings news to Aragorn about Gollum.
