Presumably GCCG. Hobbiton Lad has it working on a Mac, but as far as I know there are no pre-made binaries (meaning: It takes a lot of effort and computer knowledge). :-S

Yeah. It's a pain. You have to install several libraries and you have to run it from command line in the terminal. Also, you have to manually tell it the user name you want to have, otherwise it will automatically choose your Mac login name.
