Some Standard Gameplay questions

Well, I wanted to ask for some points in Standard, so here it goes:

Is there any possibility to remove Twilight by exertions in Standard in a Gondor Deck only? Or any permament card that lets you discard cards from your opponents hand? Just to make clear, those cards should be aviable in Fellowship Phase and a bit like the old The Mirror of Galadriel.

Or is there any other possibility to discard cards? Those should be pullable (e.g.Dammed Gate-Stream -> Something Slimy -> needed card), but could be also from different cultures, if I can include them easily (like Smeagol). So just to summ up, I'm looking for Standard legal   cards that can remove lots of twilgiht or discard lots of cards in Fellowship Phase.
